Identification of goals
Every project starts with an analysis of requirements, objectives, and constraints that the product must meet.
The meetings with the customer are essential to define the operational features of the project, or the assessment of alternative choices.
Feasibility analysis
The feasibility studies are asking the purpose of verifying the possible solutions aimed at reaching the goals of construction, production, economic, etc.
That stage analyzes the preliminary work, assesses reliability and quality, analyzes the solutions verifying the compliance with the economic and structural constraints posed by the customer.
Patents
The process of patenting is very complex and requires not only legal and procedural skills (provided by specialized studies), but also an important technical support to ensure proper analysis and prepare the proper documentation needed to make a correct path patent.
Design
The design is increasingly a strategic activity that seeks to think and see the products that light up the producer and user imagination searching for of a common point of meeting.
It’s in this phase that the project begins to take shape developing in the beginning from a sketch, then in technical drawing and finally a 3D model.
The possible proposals are immediately be compared with instances of design and construction and are analyzed with the customer in an environment of co-design, active and knowledgeable.
Verifiy and interaction
It’s at this stage that the creativity of the designer is merging with the rigor of project competences in order to solve and overcome any eventually obstacles or criticalities.
A good coordination requires the interaction of different competences together, engineering, mechanics, electronics, etc.. to obtain a result that is consistent with expectations.
Especially, taking care also of internally mold design, we consider essential to optimize the relationship with the manufacturers of the facilities developing it in the direction of greater collaboration and integration of technical knowledge and experiences that often make the difference in terms of reliability and cost of the facilities.
Engineering
The advantages of using three-dimensional solid modeling are crucial for the customer who wishes to develop functional and competitive projects.
Since the initial development phase of a product, three-dimensional design allows to concentrate on the overall result and the structural and dynamic characteristics by reducing the waste of resources in terms of detail that can be treated at a later time.
The use of three-dimensional solid modeling allows to optimize this stage for the next planning of the molds and to be able to realize the rapid prototypes.
